The
M-Pac semi-automatic strapping machine really is one of the most
reliable units of its type...well engineered and very reliable it
incorporates many of the features associated with more expensive
machines, making it extremely good value. Operation is simple as the
machine automatically pre feeds a length of strap into the channel which
runs from left to right on the stainless steel table top. Strapping
simply requires the package to be placed over the channel and the end
of the strap taken over the carton and back into the channel on the
right hand side. The M-Pac then automatically tensions, heat seals and
cuts the strap, and re-feeds another length of strap into the channel
ready for the next strapping operation. Both strap length and tensions
are electronically controlled, and are easily pre-set using simple
controls on the front panel of the machine. The M-Pac is mounted on
castors for mobility, is quieter than most machines when in use and
automatically switches to a power save mode after 14seconds.
