brilliant machine incorporating quality German engineering at an
affordable price...not the cheapest but then this unit runs with
reliability and longevity that far exceeds the performance of most less
expensive units. The CI 112 is easily incorporated into any existing
conveyor and uses either 10 -13mm wide polypropylene and polyester. The
sealer head, incorporates control panel and strap dispenser in the same
module and the strap track size can be adapted to increasing pack sizes
in increments of 300 and/or 500mm. The CI 112 can apply very high strap
tensions 1000N (2400N option) and uses a high efficiency friction weld
to join the strap. Naturally, the machine electrics are to the latest
European standards and comply with CE requirements. Operation..is simple. The pallet is positioned to contact the face of the sealer head and the cycle start button is pressed to place the strap around the pallet. Strap feed, tensioning, sealing, strap cutoff and re-feeding is completely automatic. Free contacts are available to connect to existing conveyor systems and the machine can also be started by external signals.
