SLIK SEALERS TYPE- S for polypropylene straps

Manufactured in UK and finished in polished chrome Slik series - S sealers. are for use with standard and heavy duty smooth faced seals (not serrated), and 9-12 and 16mm width straps. All load bearing components are case hardened to preserve the integrity of the seal efficiency over long periods.

The Slik range of sealers operates in reverse when compared with conventional sealers ie the jaws are open to receive the seal when the sealer handles are closed, and the crimp is applied when the sealer handles are pulled apart. This type of mechanism makes them easy to locate over the seal and easy to crimp, particularly on the top of a tall pack or where the sealing operation occurs on the side of a pack.

SLIK SEALERS TYPE - SK for polyester straps and serrated seals

The use of heavy duty seals with a serrated inner surface (K76 type) is strongly advised when using polyester straps and the Slik Type SK Sealer has the specially modified sealing jaws necessary for crimping this type of seal and producing a seal whose strength is much higher than that produced by the more expensive combination tools.
