Endsealer Automatic Strapping Machines.. are unique inso far as they do not have the conventional rectangular strap tracks - therefore no requirement for the higher cost machine grade straps to ensure reliable feeding and consequently the lower cost strapping materials can be used. The machine drapes a strap either from side to side for a horizontal strapping application or top to bottom if a vertical strapping application, and the conveyor powers the package, bundle, carton or pallet into the straps. Subsequently two pneumatic arms pull the strap around the rear face of the package - seal and cut it to release the package from the strap, and then withdraw leaving a new length of strap across the conveyor ready to receive the next package. Small heat seal units located on the end of each arm make the strap seal, Installation into existing conveyor systems is easy without disruption.
