Basic assumptions made:
Labour cost only ( Not total overhead which would be a SIGNIFICANTLY higher value) 16 pence/minute = £9.60/hr.
Time options - averages considered from begining to end of shift taken to apply two straps = 2 minutes and 3 minutes
