Strap three pallets - all at once
The Plastic Strapping Company Nottingham announce further development of their Strap Poka pallet strapping machines with automatic versions allowing plastic strapping to be placed around up to three pallets simultaneously making this simple pallet strapping concept as least as fast as the more expensive automated strapping machine systems for less than 15% of the cost of the conventional and the more expensive automated strapping systems. In fact, as well as forming the basis for a mainline strapping option Strap Pokas are now also a very low cost back up option for the more complex machines when they break down
An hours downtime saved could pay for the cost of these units.
The Principle:
Supplied as a two strap single pallet module as standard, additional modules can be added to simultaneously apply straps around multiple pallets. Where multiple modules are used they out perform the more traditional automated inline strapping systems costing tens of thousands of pounds without any of the associated complications like downtime and production losses - maintenance contracts and spares etc
Manufactured in UK and tested up to 1,000,000 cycles these machines really do offer peace of mind for production managers and customers alike.
