Strapping Starter Kit PR230MB

Strapping Starter Kit PR230MB is suitable for those situations where  palletised loads are strapped daily. The kit comprises Two  Industry  Standard size reels of 230 Kgs break strength 12mm wide x 1200  metres each, polypropylene strapping, a box (1,000pcs) metal buckles CB4 and a floor standing reel holder type SCRE. Note that metal buckles are required if the strap strength is to be fully utilised.

Method of operation is simple - pass the strap around the carton/pallet and then thread it into the buckle, pulling up the slack strap by hand to tension. Cut the strap coming from the reel with a pair of scissors or safety cutter  - as easy as that!
